Pet-Friendly Properties

We love pets, but some of our properties do not allow them.  Below, you will find a complete listing of of our pet-friendly properties, and their associated restrictions.

Beechwood Court: Beechwood Court Residents may have one cat for an additional monthly fee of $15, plus a non-refundable, one-time pet fee of $150.

Boonsboro Village: You are allowed up to 2 cats. Add $15 per pet, per month, and a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

County Green: Residents of County Green may have up to two cats for an additional monthly charge of $15 per cat, plus a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150.

Huntingwood: Huntingwood Residents are allowed one or two cats, and small dogs up to 25 pounds. A $15 monthly fee is required for each pet, plus a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet.

Landover Place: Residents of Landover Place are allowed one cat for a monthly fee of $15, plus a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150.

Princeton Circle West: Residents are allowed one cat at Princeton Circle West. A one time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 and $15 per month is required.

Rivermont Park: Rivermont Park Residents are allowed one cat for an additional monthly fee of $15, plus a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150.

The Lexington: Residents of The Lexington are allowed one cat for a monthly fee of $15, plus a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150.

The Nottingham: Residents of The Nottingham may have one cat for an additional monthly charge of $15, plus a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150.

The Timbers: Residents of The Timbers may have one cat. A $15 monthly fee is required, as well as a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150. Not all sections of The Timbers allow pets. Ask your leasing agent for details.

Windsor Apartments: Residents of Windsor Apartments may have one cat for an additional monthly charge of $15, plus a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150.
